30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to contact us regarding any issues. 

Eligible for replacement, refund 

We offer a replacement, refund if your item: 

• Arrived damaged
• Is defective or malfunctioning 
• Is the wrong item

Please include photos or videos showing the issue so we can resolve it quickly. 

Replacement First 

Whenever possible, we will send a replacement at no additional cost before issuing a refund.If a replacement is not available, you may choose a refund.

No-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• change of mind 
• Ordering the wrong item
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse

 Because many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, returns are typically not required.
